Our products Every JAĀME piece is made to order in small quantities. Colours may look slightly different on screen — we do our best to represent everything accurately.

Pricing All prices are in AED. The price at checkout is what you pay. No surprises.

Orders You'll get a confirmation email when you order. We confirm acceptance when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if something goes wrong on our end.

Production & Shipping Allow 7–14 business days for production before dispatch. UAE delivery 2–3 days. GCC 3–5 days. International 5–10 days. AED 35 flat rate for UAE, free over AED 1,500. International shipping and customs duties are the customer's responsibility and calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. No returns on sale items. Email safa@jaamethelabel.com to start a return.

Payments We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Ziina, Tabby and Tamara. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Intellectual Property Everything on this website — photos, text, logo, designs — belongs to JAĀME. Don't use or reproduce anything without our permission.

Limitation of Liability We're not liable for any indirect losses beyond the value of your original order.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE.
